Membership Levels & Benefits

🌿 Individual Membership – $50/year

  • Free access to TCiNN webinars (normally $10 per session)

  • $25 discount on Annual Summit registration

  • Exclusive e-newsletter with research, updates, and events

🏛 Organization Membership – $150/year

  • All Individual Membership benefits for up to 2 employees (Additional members: $50 each, if you need to add more than one additional employee please contact Sarah to initiate this process)

  • 5 hours of Technical Assistance from our expert staff ($1000 value)

  • Organization listing on our website and in our annual report

  • Access to job postings on our Member Jobs Board

🌟 Stewardship Circle Membership – $1000/year

Terms and Conditions:

  • All membership levels are annual

  • Members will receive access details for webinars, and other benefits upon receipt of payment.

  • Transfer of membership names must be arranged with TCiNN staff

  • Discounts on Summit registration and access to webinars are subject to availability and may change based on the events.

  • Donations of $50 or more will be gifted an annual membership

  • Why should I become a member of the Texas Children in Nature Network (TCiNN)?

    • By becoming a member, you directly support our mission to ensure that all children in Texas have equitable access to nature. Your membership helps sustain our programs, research, and services while giving you access to exclusive benefits like free webinars, networking opportunities, and discounts on events.

  • How long does my membership last?

    • All memberships are annual, starting from the date of payment. You will receive renewal reminders before your membership expires.

  • When do I need to renew my membership?

    • Memberships renew on the anniversary of your purchase. TCiNN will send out renewal reminders.

  • What if I need to change the name on my membership?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept credit card payments online, as well as checks. If paying by check, please contact us at 512-434-0815 or scoles@texaschildreninnature.org for details.

  • Can I upgrade my membership level?

    • Yes! If you would like to upgrade please contact us, and we’ll adjust your benefits accordingly.

  • Can organizations add more than two employees to an Organization Membership?

    • Yes! Organization Membership includes two named employees, and additional members can be added for $50 per person.

  • What is included in the Technical Assistance benefit?

    • Members at the Organization, Stewardship Circle, and Corporate levels receive up to 5 hours of Technical Assistance from our expert staff. This can include customized consultations, guidance on outdoor learning programs, resource development, and strategic support. Corporate members receive priority access.

    • Technical Assistance is valued at $200/hour.

  • What happens if I can’t attend a webinar or event?

    • As a member, you’ll receive a code to access our webinars free of charge (Individual level and above) and Summit registration discounts. If you cannot attend a live webinar session, we will provide a recording whenever possible.

  • Will I be listed publicly as a member?

    • Yes! Organization, Stewardship Circle, and Corporate members will be listed on our website and in our annual report. Additionally, Corporate members will receive special recognition at our Annual Summit.

  • Are membership fees refundable?

    • No, once processed membership fees are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us before making a payment.

  • How do I access my member benefits?

    • Once your membership is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with details on how to access webinars, discounts, the membership directory, and other benefits.

  • If I am an existing Founder’s Circle member do I need to also become a member here?

    • All current Founder’s Circle Members will be transferred into the Stewardship Circle. You will not need to do anything. Once your current commitment ends we encourage you to become a member at the Stewardship level.

  • What if I am an Individual or Organizational member and want to attend one of the VIP events?

    • As a TCiNN member, you can certainly purchase a ticket for VIP events.

  • Do I need to be a member to participate in TCiNN events and regional meetings?

    • No, you do not need to be a member to participate in TCiNN events (like our Summit, workshops, or regional meetings).

    • Members will be able to register for our webinars at no cost as a part of their membership benefits and receive a discount code for the Summit.

    • Regional meetings will continue to be open to anyone interested in helping engage children and families in nature, no matter their membership status.

  • Is my membership tax deductible?

    • Yes, memberships are tax deductible.

  • How can I get more involved beyond membership?

    • Volunteer with us
