Before air conditioner a few of these swimming holes where the only way for people to keep cool during the long hot summers. Your family can still enjoy their natural splendor while splashing around in the cool waters.

With all the rains of the spring rains of 2015 many lakes and rivers are finally full and ready to enjoy. Please read the swimming safety tips and make sure you and your family know your limits when swimming. Many natural swimming areas do not have posted lifeguards.
